THE BRAY MAGITRAK
![]() |
A unique multi-format (8mm to 320mm), medium volume continuous film processor incorporating the advantages of dip & dunk and leader processors, whilst maintaining the flexibility of a roller transport processor. Chemistry tanks
free from complex mechanics. Available in 5" and 10" table top or floor standing versions, dedicated to any of the following: E6, C41, C41-RA, B&W, P5. A range of accessories are available depending on the version and process requirements. |
| Main users include Studios, Large professional photographers, Hospitals, Prolabs, Minilabs, School photographers, Universities, Libraries, Defence, Police, Government, Publishers, Public sector. |
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
| Unique magnetic drive system |
Reduces film contact with rollers and hence the possibility of film damage. Minimal mechanics in each tank, thus reducing maintenance and freeing time for other tasks. (Maintenance is considerably less then conventional roller transport machines). Minimises carryover of chemistry, thus reducing replenishment rates. Simplified loading with no leader. |
| Built in automatic replenishment system | Ensures accurate quality control of processing. |
| Multi tracking and flexible configuration | Can be configured to process different film formats, separately and at the same time. |
| Small tank volumes | Low setup costs; will support low throughput. |
| Deep tanks | Allows low throughput whilst minimising aerial oxidation of chemistry. |
| Minimal usage of rollers (only one submerged toller per tank). | Reduces film contact and ultimately the possibility of film damage. |
| Infra-red replenishment detection | Automatically adjusts replenishment according to film area throughput. |
| Daylight operation | The processor need not be located in a darkroom, thus freeing up valuable space. (Magazine loading requires darkroom). |
| Variable processing speed | Allows push / pull processing. |
| Random access to processor | Allows the user to load film at any time, regardless of the current processing state. |
